Lee Rui Shuang

With over a decade of experience across private practice and in-house counsel roles, Rui Shuang’s main areas of practice include real estate matters, commercial agreements, tenancy and leases, real property development and banking & financing matters. She advises and represents various individuals and corporations in acquisitions and disposal of properties including residential and commercial properties, joint development arrangements as well as strata management.

Rui Shuang also has experience serving as in house legal counsel, providing strategic legal guidance with a strong appreciation for business operations and risk management.

She is known for her practical, solutions-driven approach, combining legal precision with commercial sensibility. She takes the time to understand each client’s broader objectives and tailors her advice accordingly to her client’s needs. Her responsiveness, thoughtfulness, strategic foresight, and hands-on involvement from initial instruction to completion have made her a trusted advisor to many long-standing clients.

Currently, Rui Shuang is part of the Bar Council’s Committee in Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) and endeavours to manoeuvre the evolving landscape of ESG reporting and its legal implications.
