Ryan Ng Chin Wern

With over a decade of experience as an advocate & solicitor, Ryan runs a diverse practice encompassing, among others, commercial & company laws, housing & properties laws, insolvency & restructuring laws and family and inheritance laws.

By combining customised research with a client-centric approach, Ryan provides clients with bespoke, practical and effective solutions to navigate legal issues. He regularly supports clients in navigating pre-litigation risk assessments, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Throughout his practice, Ryan has represented clients in the Lower Courts, High Court and Appellate Courts in Malaysia – as well as in arbitration and tribunal such as Customs Appeal Tribunal.

Beyond the courtroom, Ryan is interested in legal education and industry collaboration. He welcomes the opportunity to deliver bespoke legal briefings to clients and in-house legal teams, with a focus on risk management and legal awareness.

Ryan has also contributed through the Bar Council Publication Committee, Bar Council Corporate and Commercial Law Committee and Kuala Lumpur Bar Civil Practice and Court Liaison Committee.
